• Lease terms begin on the specified move-in date

Payment Terms

• Monthly rent is due on the first day of each month

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by accommodation type:

• Executive Suites: 30 days written notice required
• Mid-Term Housing: 30 days written notice after initial period
• Coliving Spaces: 30 days written notice after initial period
• Early termination may result in penalty fees

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in the following activities:

• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Using properties for illegal purposes
• Possessing or using prohibited substances

Property Misuse

• Damaging or defacing property

Resident Conduct

• Harassing or threatening other residents
